Fill up all details in Application  (Your Name, mail Id, password, Secret question and word verification) 
Then click "Accept create my account."

Now open Verification page.

Type  your mobile Number. Then Click "Send Verification Code to my mobile phone." Code No. I few seconds send your mobile phone in sms format. 

Apply this code no. in google's web page.

Now. Successfully created your Gmail Account.
